The Amalfi Festival’s Piano Program offers 2 sessions, each of which includes:

During the application process, you may request lessons with the faculty listed below. While there is no guarantee of faculty assignments, we will attempt to accommodate your requests.

Excursions

Ravello (Half day)

Called the “jewel of the coast.” Exceptional views over the sea with unforgettable landscapes and visit to historical villa. Favorite destination of artists & musicians. Includes transportation, entry tickets, guide. Learn more

World-famous archaeologic site of the ancient civilization frozen in time when buried under the lava of the 4th century eruption of the volcano Vesuvius. Includes transportation, entry tickets, expert guide. Learn more

Travel by boat to the mythical island of Capri, an international wonder. Includes boat tickets, entries, expert guide. No lessons are scheduled on this day because almost all students take this trip. Learn more

How to Apply

Note: Application deadline has passed. Applications are closed.

  1. Complete the online application form.

  2. Pay registration fee and deposit either electronically via PayPal* or by mail.

    • If paying by mail, enclose a check made out to Center for Musical Studies and send to:

  3. Applications are accepted until spaces are filled. Your participation in the program may not be considered confirmed until deposits are accepted by Center for Musical Studies and you have received a formal confirmation notification.

  4. Balance of payment is due upon receipt of invoice, approximately 60 days before departure. Pay electronically via PayPal* or by mail using instructions above.

* Please note: A 4% service fee will be added to your total balance to cover the processing charges for online payment (Fee is 4.8% for foreign transactions, i.e. outside of the U.S.)

Recording Guidelines

Cancellation Policy & Refunds

All cancellations must be made in writing by email. Phone calls or phone messages are not accepted.

If the festival is cancelled for any reason by the Amalfi Coast Music & Arts Festival, a full refund will be given, less the registration fee.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for your protection in case of cancellation or trip interruption. No refunds are available for partial use of program.

The price of the program was established December 30, 2023, and may be subject to change due to significant currency fluctuation or inflation, taxes, surcharges imposed, and fare increases due to international political situations or natural disasters. Registrants will be notified by May 15, 2024 if the price increases and may withdraw without penalty if there is more than a 5% increase.

Deposit and tuition payment refunds are made according to the following schedule:

Your deposit and any tuition payments made will be fully refunded without penalty (excluding registration fees).
A $50 processing fee will be applied to your refund plus any prepaid nonrefundable expenses.
A $100 withdrawal fee will be applied to your refund plus any prepaid nonrefundable expenses.
Your $350 deposit will be forfeited plus any prepaid nonrefundable expenses up to $1,500.
No refunds will be made. Please note that due to the late date, the full amount of your tuition fees will be forfeited. No exceptions can be made.
